DJI breach of personal data. What should I do next?

In the process of filing a warranty claim, DJI assigned my case to another case already in process. This became evident when I started to receive emails about a different model drone that was being shipped and referenced an email address not associated with my claim. DJI eventually assigned me a new case number but not before I had enough information on the other individual that I knew his name, address and phone number.
